Navigating and Optimizing Tasks in the Crowdbotics Dashboard

All Crowdbotics projects are managed on our platform, which offers a comprehensive dashboard for overseeing various aspects of your project. The Crowdbotics Dashboard is designed to be a one-stop solution for project management, providing all the tools and insights you need to keep your project on track and ensure successful completion.

Accessing the Tasks Section

On your project’s Dashboard, navigate to the left-hand side of your screen and click on "Tasks." This section is where you can view existing tasks and add new ones. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to manage tasks even if you are not a technical expert.

Understanding the Dashboard Sections

The Crowdbotics Dashboard provides several sections under "Tasks" to help you manage your project effectively:

• Overview:

  • This section displays basic information about your project, such as project type, design requirements, build stage, access type, and project tags. It also includes goals and objectives, and additional information about your project.
    

• Payments:

  • This tab will show you any payment milestones created for your project. If there are no payment milestones, this section will indicate that.
    

• In Development, Needs Approval, Delivered:

  • These tabs help you track the status of various tasks, from development stages to needing approval, and finally, to delivered tasks. This categorization makes it easy to see what stage each task is in and what needs attention next.

• Timeline, Documents, Useful Links:

  • These sections provide additional tools for managing your project, such as viewing the project timeline, accessing important documents, and finding useful links. The timeline helps in planning and tracking the project schedule, while the documents and links sections provide easy access to all necessary resources.

Milestones and Tasks 

1. Milestones:

   • Milestones are larger, whole functions or features of the application. For example, "build out a messaging flow within the app" might be broken down into a few tasks. Milestones help in tracking the overall progress and ensuring that the project is moving in the right direction.

2. Tasks:

   • Individual tasks are the smaller, actionable items that contribute to completing a milestone. Each task should be clearly defined and manageable, making it easier to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
