      Subscription Plans & Pricing

      Crowdbotics offers various subscription plans to suit different needs and budgets. A monthly subscription fee will be charged once per month on the same day you signed up. This fee secures ongoing services, ensuring your product stays up and running. It includes access to our library of Crowdbotics Blueprints, app hosting, security, maintenance, testing, and a dedicated product manager.

       

      Here is a summary of our available plans:

      1. Community Plan (Free)

        • Includes: Access to our prefab catalog and scoping tools to quickly convert your app idea into a build plan.
        • Support: No SLA, General Support Email Support.

      1. Pro Plan ($199/month)

        • Includes: Everything in the Community plan, plus support for finalizing your build plan and delivering a custom-quoted MVP in 90 days, with hosting and security included.
        • Support: Support-Only Add-On, Crowdbotics Care.

      1. Advanced Plan ($499/month)

        • Includes: All features of the Pro plan, with additional support for advanced hosting and compliance needs.
        • Support: Support-Only Add-On, Crowdbotics Care.

      1. Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)

        • Includes: Hands-on help with creating, implementing, and scaling a CodeOps practice within your team.
        • Support: Custom SLA.

      Navigating Upcoming Charges

      To stay informed and manage your project’s financials efficiently:

      • Regular Notifications: You will receive regular notifications about upcoming charges, ensuring transparency and control over your financial commitments.

      Upgrading to a Pro subscription offers several advantages, including:

      • 90-Day MVP Launch: Get a personalized quote and start your project from scratch, using templates or AI assistance.

      Choosing the Right Payment Plan

      Crowdbotics offers flexible payment options to suit your needs:

      • Monthly or Upfront Payment: Annual subscriptions can be paid either monthly or upfront.
      • Discount for Upfront Payment: Enjoy a 10% discount on annual subscriptions when paying upfront.
      • Benefits of Annual Subscription: Lock in your rate for the year and avoid monthly transactions.

      How to Cancel Your Subscription

      If you wish to downgrade your subscription:

      1. Access Your Dashboard: Log into your app's Dashboard on the Crowdbotics platform.
      2. Navigate to Plan Settings: Locate the "Change Plan" option.
      3. Select the Free Plan: Click the "Select" button under the "Community Free" plan.
      4. Confirm Your Selection: Follow the prompts to confirm your downgrade.

      Important Notes:

      • Hosting Deactivation: Hosting for any parts of the app hosted via Crowdbotics will be deactivated.
      • GitHub Repository Access: Your GitHub repository will become publicly accessible.
      • App Maintenance: Crowdbotics will no longer provide updates, monitoring, or maintenance.
      • API and Package Updates: Connected APIs and packages will no longer receive updates.
