Understanding Estimation Statuses

In Crowdbotics, the estimation process is now more transparent and user-friendly. Here's what you need to know:

1. Phase Statuses:

   • No one sees pricing: Initially, neither you nor the sales team can see the prices while discussing the PRD.
   • Pending Estimation: Once the status is set to "Pending," you’ll see that the estimation is in progress, but you won't see the actual numbers.
     
     

2. Viewing Estimates:

   • Ready Status: When the status is set to "Ready," you'll see the final prices and a banner indicating the estimation is complete.

Quick Steps to Follow:

• Monitor Status: Keep an eye on the status of your PRD. If it's "Pending," the sales team is working on your estimate.
• Receive Estimates: Once the status changes to "Ready," review the provided prices for your project.

By understanding these statuses, you can stay informed about your project's pricing without any confusion.
