Pro Users

Pro users on paid Care Plans have the advantage of receiving direct support from a dedicated Crowdbotics team with the SLA (Service Level Agreement) provided. Here's how you can get in touch:

  • Chat Support:

    • Click the chat button located in the lower-right-hand corner of any screen within the Crowdbotics Dashboard. This opens a chat window where you can interact with our support team in real-time.
  • Email Support:

    • You can also send an email directly to the Crowdbotics Support team at support@crowdbotics.com. Simply describe your issue or inquiry, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Form Submission:

    • Access the Support Form directly within the Crowdbotics App. Here's how:
      1. Log in to your Crowdbotics account.
      2. Navigate to the Support section in the dashboard here.

      3. Fill in the details of your query or issue in the provided form.
      4. Submit the form, and our team will review your request promptly.

Free Users

Even with a free plan, you can still access the same support options, although without the SLA (Service Level Agreement) provided.
